Λυπη (Pain), Αχος (Grief), and Ανια (Despair)--the three children of Eris and siblings to Lethe, personifications of each concept assigned to their name. I chose to personify the 3 in separate movements, following a story: the Sun (Son), who mutilates himself to death after being sent off to war as was expected of his role, and the unrelenting guilt his actions resulted in; the Moon (Mother) going to the tall cliffs of the shore, reaching for the sun peaking through black clouds; the Earth (Father), having lost all meaning he had known to have in his life, slowly rotting and decaying.
